Certain Unalienable Rights

"The rights of man come not from the generosity of the state,
but from the hand of GOD." - John F. Kennedy
In the United States of America, patriots sacrificed their lives and fortunes to preserve and defend our most certain, unalienable, SACRED (endowed by GOD) rights.  Therefore, it is our right and our duty as citizens to ask ourselves critical questions as pertains to the court, the congress, and the corporation:
  1. Does a person now living in the United States of America have a certain, unalienable, SACRED (endowed by GOD) right to breathe?
  2. Do they have a certain, unalienable, SACRED right to their own internal systems (respiratory and immune systems)?
  3. What gives an employer the right to infringe on these most certain, unalienable, SACRED rights?
  4. If an employer is held liable by law for stealing property from their employee, why would they not be held accountable for stealing the function and proper operation of their internal systems (respiratory and immune systems)?
  5. If we lose the right as citizens - namely the right to our internal systems (respiratory and immune systems) and conscience as endowed by GOD - what right thereafter could we possibly possess?
  6. What right would matter if the most certain, unalienable, SACRED of all rights is infringed and violate?
  7. Further, what gives an employer the right to violate the first amendment and Title VII in discriminating against a person whose religion and strongly / sincerely held religious beliefs are in direct contradiction with medical mandates as the corporation attempts to usurp a right over the internal systems of the employee?
  8. What grants an employer the right to direct medical treatment as though they are a physician, thus impacting the internal systems of their employees?
  9. The Bill of Rights lists certain external items such as property, papers, arms, etc. as certain and unalienable.  Though not expressly listed as being so self-evident as not needing to be listed, are not the internal systems (respiratory and immune systems) protected?
  10. As viruses have been around since the beginning of time and surround us at all times, is the only thing "unprecedented" an employer attempting to declare sovereignty over the internal systems (respiratory and immune systems) of its employees?
